Global gender gap report

Percentage of female employees in senior government administration (minister or higher, vice minister, quality jobs, high positions, general manager in the government sector) of the total number of incumbents in general in the country

Number of females in senior management positions in the government sector / Total number of personsholding these positions x 100.

This indicator helps to determine the magnitude of the women representation, especially in the executive authority, and to what extend the Egyptian women could hold positions such as minister or and even the post of general manager
